RETURNS

Our aim is to offer a product that you enjoy and is right for your space.  If you aren’t happy with your order, send an email to louiseernestineart@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will send you a free return shipping label. 

A full refund will be processed as soon as we get the package back in the studio, as long as all items are received back in new and unused condition.  At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage. 

EXCHANGES

Yes, we offer exchanges.  Send an email to louiseernestineart@gmail.com and indicate your reason and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed.  In most cases we will send you a free return shipping label.  Once the original order has been received in new and unused condition, we will send out the exchange.
