Shipping policy

Shipping is free on all orders.  Each order is printed on demand here in our studio in Australia.  We do our best to ship orders within 5-10 business days from when the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number at the time your order is booked for dispatch.

Domestic - Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post express parcel post.   Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer.

International

International shipping is currently to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union Countries.  We are working to provide shipping to other countries.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard parcel post. Your order should arrive within 6-25 business days, though times may vary depending on location.

Import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 IF delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges, we reserve the right to contact you to request further shipping fees or to cancel an order prior to dispatch. If we cancel your order in these circumstances we will issue a full refund to you.
